Gluing lcd to screen

After separating the glass screen from the digitizer and cleaning up I need to glue the New glass screen to the old LCD. I saw a video on YouTube that was made in Russia where a person used a glue to fuse the two parts together. She poured the glue on the LCD and put the glass screen on it. That seems to be a good way to bond the two together. Does anyone know where I can get that kind of glue and does it work? If that’s the wrong way to go about it how does a person fuse the two together?

You have a catch22 problem as you'll need to use special Optically Clear Adhesive (OCA) to glue the parts together. But even that is not enough! You'll need a vacuum chamber to be able to pull the air bubbles out of the sandwich.

The bottom line here unless you have the correct tools and have practiced doing this a few times you'll have a very hard time getting it to work.

Best to bite the bullet here and get the assembly or... find someone with the proper tools to help you.

As much as it hurts , you are right. I could separate the screen from the LCD with great effort, but aligning the new screen with the LCD and getting rid of the bubbles would result in a lot of frustration with bad results. Thanks for bringing me to my senses.
