Hi petersonclp, I have had SD card write protect switches become lose on some cheap adata sd cards in the past. If the physical plastic tab is stuck, try applying a little pressure with a toothpick to get the switch free.

If the plastic write protect switch is very loose, it will move on you inside the sd slot and cause you a lot more headache than it's worth. If your switch is loose, try just removing it when it is not in the write protect position, so it doesn't move on you inside the camera. SD cards are very flimsy, so it should not take much force to just dislodge the write protect switch.

If it is still causing you trouble, replace the sd card as faulty write protect switches are sometimes more trouble than they are worth.
