Sound stopped with cable only

Hi all

We have a brand new 75 inch Sony 4K tv and a Sony sound bar both only purchased two months ago. Both were working fine until randomly we lost sound to cable through either the tv speakers or the sound bar. APPS like HBOGO and Netflix were still working. We updated the tv and it was fixed and now a day later it's not working again.

Halp?

@ttface this is to new of a TV to tear it down. You do want to go ahead and have it covered under warranty. It sounds like a firmware issue but could be more. Don't chance it.
