Seems to be stuck on reboot w/apple and turning circle in backgroud

Have replaced complete LCD screen and worked properly for a day or so has now drained battery completly. Has seemed to accept charge but now does not reboot beyond apple on screen then to turning circle behind apple at the same time and does not do anything beyond this, they are both on the screen at the same time indefinetly. I can turn it off by holding both buttons at the same time

There are 3 cables concerned 2 with plugs and 1 ribbon cable under one of the plugs. In my case I believe that the 'ribbon' cable was not completely plugged in. After unplugging all 3 and replugging them in again the phone appears to be working fine. Good luck! Thank you ifixit for your Forum!
