Hi,

i would guess there could be two problems. First, there could be a defective file in your music files and itunes can´t read this file and stops. Second, there might be a problem with the hard drive in your iPod.

I would conect the iPod to a computer, in the explorer it should be found as a external hard drive. I would create a directory, like "test", and copy files (not your music!) to it until the iPod is full.

If there is no problem until the iPod is full, it seems that you have a defective file.

If there is a problem during copying, it seems there is a problem with your hard drive.
