My Electric golf cart is not starting up.

My electric golf cart will not start and I think the wheel is deflated. How do I fix this?

@adrian06 what wheel is deflated? One of your drive wheels? you will have to air that up and find out if it is a leaking valve or a puncture of the tire. What make and model is your cart? what have you checked?
