Hi,Does any one know some one who has a used Flip Ultra that is not working that I could buy for parts.

Sorry but the only place I can think of is ebay.com and craigslist.com I might be worth your time if you check to see if there is any kind of number or identifying mark on the screen itself. It might be possible to find the LCD from the manufacturer/wholesaler. Good luck and let us know if you found it.
