New Laptop shuts down and then says no bootable device on reboot

I have bought a new Acer Nitro5 laptop and on using it, it shuts down suddenly after some usage and on rebooting gives me the message No boot device. A hard reboot post this causes it to function normally until the next shut down. This has happened 4 times already. Please help

Specs:

Acer Nitro 5 Core i7 7th Gen - (16 GB/1 TB HDD/128 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home/4 GB Graphics) AN515-51 Gaming Laptop

Have you tried opening it and pushing (lightly) your HDD/SSD into its socket?

Don't try this if you don't know what I mean

You should use a bootable drive to re install windows 10 and if that docent work you should check on the manufacturing company ACER to change the hdd drive and it might be also free repair beacouse this might be manufacturing problem and if your laptop haves any guarantee it might be free
