print outs are coming late and stuck

dear sir,

our office have canon LBP6230dn network printer. i install that printer to our computers. drivers are same CD coming from printer. but some printout are getting late stuck. that time i send Test page then it was printing. some times error red light was blinking and no prints. some other printout are coming half an hour a go. in that situvation we can not print any of our computers. we have server base normal dell vostro and optiplex 26 computers. please help me to resolve this problem
