Courtney Lord sounds like your tablet has issues with the Android operating system. You may have to try a factory reset by booting into recovery mode. Powered the tablet off making sure you have more than 50% charge on the battery. Boot into recovery mode by pressing and holding the volume up and power buttons. At the RCA logo screen, let go of the volume up button and you should see an android image. Press and hold the power button and tap the volume up button once more and you should be in the recovery mode menu. From here, you will need to use your volume up and down buttons to scroll and navigate to the wipe data/factory reset option and use the power button to confirm. When the process is done, go ahead and reboot and your tablet it should now be set to factory original settings.

Press the power button, then volume up, then volume down. Then wait.

What if I don't have keyboard?

by

You don’t need a keyboard. Use the PHYSICAL buttons on the tablet.

  2. now press the volume up button
  3. lastly, press the volume down button.
  4. so basically, press the buttons going from up, to down.
