@whansen post some good pictures of your shaver with your question. Include the bottom part. This will help us to see what you see. Also, which video did you check? Adding images to an existing question

@whansen check the illustration from the manual. There should be two Phillips screws on the bottom that you need to remove, then remove the cap. Hold the case with one hand and with the other hand holding the foil, pull straight up. This should expose the internal workings as well as the batteries for your shaver.

Hello and thank you very much, for your help and diagram, kind of you. I was able to remove the bottom 2 screws, the bottom cap. I'm not sure if there are two small screws shown in item 2 in the diagram? I removed the blades, the two top phil screws, but I can't get the metal plate off due to the small black plastic clip the wraps around the top to side, do I need to remove these parts to be able to slide unit out of otter plastic case? it moves some but is catching on somethng. battiers are staring to corrode:( thank ou again for all your help

I got it all off, needed little more pressure:)

Thank you again, I got the old batteries out and cleaner unit with electrical cleaner. I see these two battery options, what do you think about them?

I'd go with those because they seem to be a match and will fit appropriately. The Amazon once do not look like they would snap in easy.
