I forget the password
I have a Toshiba C55- A5281 and I forget the iOS password .. how I can fix this ... I try with all password possible that I used but nothing

For future reference:
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES change settings in BIO's or mess with the SETUP of the computer unless you were told to by a computer technician, or you know exactly what you're doing. All too often customers go in and change settings thinking they know how to manipulate the settings in there. Its not a good idea and leads to this.
In all honestly, $250 is a cheap lesson to fix this. I'm almost thinking you should pay it and move on.
What do you need to change in the BIOs? Is it a BIOs password or boot password? Im assuming you applied a boot password that you cannot bypass, is this correct?

That may or may not apply to your laptop. I think it might, but there is only one way to find out.
If the laptop is within its return/exchange period, you might wish to return the laptop. Now, thats not exactly an honest thing to do, but its a solution to an otherwise crappy situation. Otherwise, the best thing to do, is going to be to send it back to toshiba, pay the fee and hope that you dont have issues with it, since the warranty is now void.
In the future, try to be more careful with BIOs settings and passwords. Clicking the wrong button will brick a machine and cost tens of hours of headache and hundreds of dollars in repairs.
