it's showing not charging

Light is ambor indicating it charging, however it's showing not charging. I bought another battery and charger. So frustrated. I cleaned my connectors also. Please anybody have any advice?

Can you give us your systems specs? As I suspect your real issue is within it not the charger.

As Dan said, if you bought a new charger and cleaned the connectors, it's likely a problem with your system or battery.

One thing worth trying is getting the (if applicable) mag safe charging port replaced. Generally a cheap way to start a diagnosis.
