Does anyone have one of these I need the pin color order for CCD cable

The cable coming from the inspection CCD it's pins have pulled out of the plug that attaches it to the circuit board (labeled: RIDGID CA-25 B V 1.0) if some has this could they open it up and give me the colors from left to right as they are connected to the circuit board

From left: thick black, red, white, thin black and yellow.
