My Bluetooth speaker does not play audio

My Bluetooth speaker worked once, I used it and it worked and it was awesome- but then I tried it again and it stopped working. I charged it and all it does is flash on and off and it won't play audio... please help! I need it for my piano and singing lessons, thanks :) it was a cheapie though so if I can't fix it that's ok ( PS ITS A MINI BLUETOOTH SPEAKER S28 )
