Wifi/Bluetooth does not work

I have an Iphone 6 plus. When I go to the wifi/bluetooth settings it just continuosly searches for networks or devices.

Things I have tried.

  1. Resetting the network settings
  2. Airplane mode and Reboot
  3. Hard reset
  4. Update to the most current IOS
  5. Factory Reset
  6. Replaced the 5ghz Wifi antenna
  7. Replaced the Wifi/Bluetooth antenna

possibly needs the baseband ic repaired
