How to resolve camera failed problem

Hi...my phone fell on the floor and the rear camera glass broke...since then I've been not been able to use my front camera...I keep getting 'camera failed '...but my rear camera works although it's now blurry

Options

The camera needs to be replaced or the connecter fell loose. You or a service center needs to open the phone and replace/repair both cameras.
