Why wont my screen turn on after lcd replacement

Hey guys ! I recently changed the screen to my moms iPhone 6s plus because it was completely shattered. At first with the broken screen it would have turn on but you couldn't seen anything (if that makes sense). Now with the new screen the phone itself is on but no picture shows with the new screen , like you can hear the lock of the phone when you unlock it with your finger and the alarm on it went off . I don't know what to do HELP !!!!

It is possible that the new LCD could have been a DOA and would have to have it swapped out for a working one or it could be that not all the pins have been connected and all seated correctly and fully. Try opening it back up and make sure all are in place. Could be a possibility that a single little pin could have gotten bent and therefor it does not work.

@gmej1 this is one of those cases where you may have blown the backlight filter. Check FL4211. On the 6S Plus, the power is constant, regardless of whether the screen is on or off. So replacing it with the battery connected may causes damage to the filter which is part of the power line which supplies power to the screen.
