water keeps running after brewing

Over the past few days the brewer has started flowing water as soon as it's turned on. If I turn it off and on again it sounds like its brewing, I insert a K-cup, hit the cup size, and it starts brewing and doesn't stop until the reservoir is empty ???

Options

We were told by Keurig that we should switch from using distilled water to make coffee. Tap water or bottled water but not distilled should be used in the reservoir. Worked like a charm.
