I have had issues with this tablet since we bought it a couple years ago. I set it up then it said something in a foreign language and stopped working. Did a factory reset and set up again and same thing happened. Now after resetting it's asking for a password. We didn't put a password as we had just reset it.

Hi!
This is how to reset your Android tablet without having to log in to it:
1. Turn your Android phone completely off.
2. Press and hold the Recovery Mode buttons. These vary depending on your device, but the most common combinations are Volume Up + Home + Power or Volume Down + Power. Continue holding these buttons until the Recovery Mode logo appears.
3. Use the volume buttons to navigate the recovery menu and the Power button to make selections.
Select "recovery" and then "wipe data/factory reset."
