Display Replacement in Sony Tab Z and Different Models SGP351/312/etc

Hello friends!

Sometime ago I broke my Sony Tab Z screen (both glass and digitalizer), and didn't have enough money to repair it. Since then I have been saving some money for it, and recently I've been looking for the replacement part.

The question is: ¿Is there any difference between the display of those Sony Tab Z Models? I can't find any display replacement for my model that looks like a good buy. Also, I haven't found any articles about the difference between those models, and if the display from one can work on another.
