iPhone 6 No speaker after lighting port replacement?

Hi ! I just replaced my iPhone 6's dock connector and now, the loud speaker no longer works.

The lightning port works, the microphone works, the earphones port works, everything works except the speaker.

I'm suspecting that the golden connector pads that connect the speaker are misaligned, but I have no idea what could be causing this. I am 99% sure the screws are all the same ones at the same places.

The speaker used to work perfectly before replacement. The replacement lightning port comes from a phone with working speakers (Took both the port and the speaker). Could I have accidentally pulled the ribbon cable too hard while pulling it out of the donor phone ?
