phone stuck on service logo screen

i have a zte grand x max 2 and it now stuck on the cricket logo screen and will not boot any further. is there a way to fix it or is my last option to do a factory reset?

My ZTE Blade a7p won't work it's turning off and on won't respond to force restart or hard restart

Well, and I apologize I don't know exactly how it works. You can try OD1N, which you'll need the correct files to soft boot the device. If that doesn't take you'll likely need to do a restore

Wait for the battery to die and than try again. If this doesnt work i think u have to do a factory reset

I tried letting it die and tried turning it back on and it is still frozen on the logo.

I did everything that I could, dealing with all the options. I wiped the cache files, selected the factory reset option and it had no effect. In other words, nothing changed. I have a ZTE Blade (Z982) phone and my screen is still stuck on the ZTE logo. What do I do about this situation? Is there some kind of special trick that I can perform to make my phone boot up normally again?
