6s plus No boot

I got a 6s plus that came in dead, aftermarket battery. Connecting to charger pulls 0.4A but no boot. Connecting to DC power supply no amps pulled and it will not boot either (it actually pulls 0.02A before promt to boot but I tried it on my own, known good working 6s+ and it does the same)

I thought half an amp is wrong, it should be 1A so I replaced tristar with a new one but still doing the same.

All power voltages I could think of are present. No water or physical damage I could see.

Any clues?

How are things looking on VCC_Main?

All voltages I measured are there: vcc main, nand, tristar and around pmic power rails are there. Couldn't find any shorts whatsoever

First things first...does iTunes recognize your device if you plug it into the computer? We need to eliminate the possibility of a bad BL or LCM driver. You may have already checked that but we don't know based on your comments.

Assuming the BL/LCM circuit is good (as is the screen), the have you checked ALL of the PMIC output voltages (there are 28 of them)? Start with the main ones like CPU/GPU/SOC/FIXED/SDRAM/SRAM/PP1V1. TRISTAR requires the presence of PP1V8_SDRAM. No need to enumerate them, just tell us which ones, if any, are out of spec or not present.

I did try to plug it to itunes, it doesn't recognize it. Screen is good, tried it on my own 6s+ and it worked just fine. Current draw on DC power supply shows virtually no amps, so it's not trying to boot. I'll have to make a checklist of the power rails, but all that I measured were present. Will report back if and when I find anything suspicious
