Water damage to sim card

I fell in a lake with my moto z. The sim card shows water damage. I have rebooted the phone and everything works, except the camera. Do I need to replace both the sim card and camera. I am still paying for the phone. Thank you

Your carrier should give you a new SIM card for less than $15. When you open your camera app, does it give you an error?
