Cam has spots on it?
My frontal cam has grey spots on it, not the back one, just the front https://ibb.co/cC56p5

try and clean the upper surface. If it doesn't work use alcohol.
There may be 2 options besidesthat:
The spots are under the glass
The spots are on the sensor itself
in which of both cases it will require a disasembly.
