Der Akku bleibt bei 81% Ladung hängen und lädt nicht mehr. Was nun?

Hast du eventuell die Möglichkeit einen anderen Akku zu testen?

Eventuell auch mal das Betriebssystem neu aufspielen um zu sehen, ob es ein Fehler von Windows ist.

Wenn es vom OS kommen kann, dann den Rechner evtl. mal mit einem Linux Livesystem (Ubuntu,Knoppix) starten und dort versuchen.
