Water inside, LCD screen not staying on

The phone came out of my pocket and sunk 8 ft to the bottom of a pool for about 15 minutes. It still was working when i picked it out of the water. Later that night the screen wouldn't stay on. Left it in a bowl of rice over night, but the screen still wouldn't stay on. Today i left it in the sun for a while, after which I could see condensation in the front camera and the rear camera. The screen also stayed on for a minute or 2.

So I'm thinking it must have moister behind the sealed screen causing the screen display to disconnect. Does that sound like the problem? And how can I get that fixed?

Answer this question I have this problem too

All Water Damaged Smartphone Solution For All Normal User

If the phone still appears to be working after it’s taken a dunking, then switch it off immediately.

Don’t push any other buttons or keys, as this may cause short circuits within the phone, leading to further internal damage.
