Nose dive or a 360

I just purchased a JDTOYS JD-11 Wifi FPV 2.4G 4CH 6-axis RC Drone... As soon as it lifts off it does a noise dive...or more like a 360 3 foot off the ground....And it happens so fast you cant correct it....Can someone help me please...
