Documents (8.5x11) jam in the scanner
The cards and receipts section of my scanner feed documents through and scan perfectly.
Documents (8.5x11) stop and remain in the machine after 25% scanned. . At one point, I could "coax" the sheet of paper through the scanner, but this has stopped. All internal balls seems to be functioning appropriate.
