Why my iPhone 4 says no service all the time?

Hello!

My iPhone 4 keeps saying there is no service even after trying every single possible way to fix this issue. I tried turning on and off airplane mode. Resetting network settings and when it didnt work I restored phone to factory settings. (deleted everything). Tried switching sim cards and also switching on/off other cellular settings.

The phone seems to know that sim card is inside as when I take it out it says No SIM and when I put it in I see No Service or Searching.

Please help me I am really desperate to get this phone to work.

I tried, and it's saying the system is up to date. Those phones still use ios7

dial emergency in your country if u get response then check antenna

Date and time is correct even tried setting it manually, didn't help.

I will try making that call though I can get in a lot of trouble if they answer. After I have tried it I'll tell you the results.

Call failed. It was quiet for most time and then showed that it failed.

scan for networks manully does that return anything ?

As the matter of fact it does but when I try to connect to any it says they are not available any more.
