Keypad icon grayed out during speaker call
iPhone 6s during speaker call keypad icon grayed out and not accessible. Ideas? Thanks.

Hello! Sometimes this happens to people because the phone has lost contact to the speaker. Have you tried a hard reset?

Yes it has been hard reset several times. The speaker phone works normal you just cannot get to the keypad during a call for entering numbers to an automated phone system.
