song in the middle of a song
when i am playing my ipod 160 classic in the middle of a song comes alittle of another song and then continues

This is called Crossfade. You can turn it off by going to Edit->Preferences in iTunes, then choosing the Playback section.
Uncheck Crossfade....Hope this helps, good luck
