Alcatel One Touch Malfunctioning

I've just had this phone for a few months it was a hand me down from my mom and lately its been acting weird the home/recent apps/and back button sometimes go dead and wont light up and i cant use them sometimes the phone will do its own thing, the keyboard is messing up whenever I press the A button it types the Q or does the swipe thing and that keeps happing to other keys too the phone will just freeze up (best way I can describe it) and all this happened last night when I took it off the charger I already did a back up and reset that didn't work please help me
