How do I change my SmartWatch from military time?

My AGPtEK Smartwatch won't change from military time. It doesn't have a setting on it to change the time format. I've synced it to my phone's time but it keeps displaying military time. I've tried connecting it to my computer and to Bluetooth it to my computer, but nothing seems to work. I've also tried to do it from my phone setting's. How can I fix this?
