Why is my Alcatel one touch 4060A stuck at software update after i did a factory reset. Before I did the factory reset the phone did just fine. I need help.

Herbert, if you haven't already, try doing a factory reset using the hardware keys. For that Alcatel, I believe you will want to press and hold simultaneously the power button and volume up button. Hold them until the recovery menu appears. Use the volume up/down buttons to scroll thru the menu and power button to select your choice. You are looking for something like "Wipe data/factory reset". It will prompt you again to be sure you want to erase all data and do the reset. Once complete, select to reboot the system now. I would have the phone on the charging cable hooked up at the time. Phones don't like to lose power during an update or reset and that may have been the source of the problem to begin with.

Thanks for answering me, I have done a factory reset and rebooted the system but it continues to do the same thing. I dont know if maybe there is something I can do to the motherboard of the phone or not to clear the system possibly? anything i could try would be greatly appreciated.

sir, recently i buy Alcatel Mobile 5048U but when i give new version update not booting and i given to the servicing . Now i m worried while showing the software update. Mobile tech saying that Alcatel Mobile have software issues. What will do solve the problem?
