System process hangs intermittently for no reason + bootloop.

Any solution to this? Tried another battery, flashing firmware and factory reset already.

This seems to be a common issue among various Samsung Galaxy S4 and similar Samsung devices on the same year or two with no solution other than changing the logic board..
