Rows of dead pixles on iPhone. Is this easily repairable?
I dropped my phone on the ground. It didn't get any scratches and the screen didn't break but now it has rows of dead pixles. The touch screen isn't responsive and but the phone seems to work fine otherwise.
My question is whether this can be easily repaired by getting a replacement screen or if it is a damage in the more inner parts of the iPhone that causes the problem.

Is this a good question?
