My brother killed it cutting on ground that was too steep

The spark plugs is new new gasoline cleaned float bowl main jet needle valve starts on starting fluid dies immediately

Won't start without starting fluid?

If you pull on the rip cord a few times then pull the plug is the plug wet. If its not then your not getting enough fuel . When resetting the need valves run them in till they bottom out . Don't over tighten then back them off 1 and 1\2 turns. hope his helps
