Attach PDF to a text message
I am not able to access my card with files to a text message. I can access cloud services or images on my phone, but not my document folder
Is this a good question?

Try using a different text messaging program such as Google's own messages or Allo.
The new text message program will be able to retain your current text messages.

There could be a connectivity issue with your SD card. The SD card you are using might not be compatible with your device. The file storage on the SD card might be corrupted. The connected memory card could be locked as well.
