I used this device for 3 months and it was running perfectly till yesterday it keeps on restarting on its own every now and then mostly when its on standby. Please help!

Well this can be caused by a few things:
1. An installed application causing random reboots / soft reboots (Goes to bootlogo then loads again shortly).
2. Corrupted / bad firmware: Firmware may need to be reflashed using ODIN and this guide: updato.com/how-to/how-to-install-an-official-samsung-stock-firmware-using-odin
3. A faulty battery, though this is highly unlikely for a new phone.
4. If you want you can take it back to Samsung and get them to fix it for you.
