Stuck on start up screen
My 55 inch tv will not go past start up screen. Model E550i-A0. Is there a fix for this

@mheger with Vizio TVs it is usually the firmware which becomes corrupted. this is most likely due to a failed EEPROM chip on the main board. Since the TV displays the start up screen but doesn't move further it is a good indication that the firmware doesn't boot up properly. A main board replacement will resolve the problem.

call vizio have then help you with a firmware update that maybe helps and if the tv still under warranty they will help you get it fix. that's what I did when my wasn't working.
