How do I fix it?
My phone's screen went pitch black so I can't see who's calling me or anything on my screen but my phone still rings and has sound to everything. How do I get it fixed?

Looks like a damage display, try to replace it:

Try holding down the power button, waiting a few minutes, and then turning it back on.
