No picture and no sound and no blinking lights BUT RED LIGHT COMES ON

When I power on tv the red light comes on but no picture and no sound. The red light on front is not blinking. TV will not power off.

I have tried changing electrical outlets and have unsuccessfully tried the reset options by holding power button, (unplugged and plugged and w/volume button)
