Jittery Screen When MagSafe Adaptor Unplugged

I have a MacBook Pro 13' (Early 2011) model and I have been facing a strange issue with it.

Issue Description:

I am unable to use the MacBook Pro when it is disconnected from power as the whole system acts strange. Mouse pointer jumps, videos gets stuck, in-fact the whole system goes slow. The issue will be fixed once I connect the MagSafe Adaptor.

Recently I noticed, that this issue does not appear when powering on when the entire system is cold and starts to appear when the system has any application which is consuming CPU resources. But again that disappears when MagSafe Adaptor is connected.

Its a strange issue and I am unable to find a solution online and since this is a vintage model, Apple is not ready to do a hardware service.
