If you want to sync Outlook contacts with any Android-based phone you have 2 ways:
- native Android software - Samsung Smart Switch
- 3-rd party software: one of such programes is AkrutoSync
The best part about Smart Switch is it's freeware. However I've seen many having troubles with duplicated data while using Samsung's native PC client .
