you must have updated your firmware/OS, if so, try rolling back. This is a known issue with H P8. unless its something else in which case bring it to a service center.

Ho avuto lo stesso problema, ero convinto fosse un problema di software, ma era semplicemente la camera guasta. Sostituita con nuova camera, ora tutto funziona perfettamente , messa a fuoco compresa.
