recurring error message upon start up

shortly after booting "IASorlcon.exe (Oxc00000e5)" error message appears. I have been unable to clear it. When I click "ok" to close program all runs normally so far, but I would prefer to fix the error rather than close the program. I am running win 10

IASoricon.exe stands for "Intel Array Storage Technology Icon Service". Try reinstalling the Intel Rapid Store to fix the problem IASoricon.exe. There is a chance that this is being caused by malware, run a scan using Kapersky or other malware detection.

Malware scans did not pick up or fix anything. While waiting for your suggestion I tried to open my Quicken program to update my bank entries. The error prevented the program from opening. When I contacted Quicken support and they tried to have me download their control program my Avast protection would not let it download. Not finding a way to turn off Avast I uninstalled it and the Quicken control program downloaded, but Quicken itself opened and the error disappeared. It apparently was caused by Avast. I thank you, though for taking the time to offer a suggestion.
