My iPhone won't sense my touch after dropping it

I dropped my iPhone onto a floor the other day and I noticed that time changes and notifications come through but j cannot swipe it at all ?? Anyone know if this is a problem that is cheap to fix or will I just need a new phone ?

From the drop it sounds like there has been some damaged caused to either the logic board, or your screen, the majority of times the screen is the culprit. Unfortunately there is no way to guess, you would need to sacrifice the money for a new screen and see if it works.

You could also try holding the power and home button together until the phone restarts, but I don't think this will help in this situation.
