iPhone 6s Boot Loop

I recently replaced an lcd assemble for a customer. Now the phone is in a bootloop. They don't know if the phone was in a boot loop before hand or not. I did a restore through 3utools. I have to disconnect the screen and home button for the restore to be successful, that did not fix the issue. I feel it may be the battery but they want to be 100% sure it is the battery before the pay for it. Any advice?

Answer this question I have this problem too

I would try the proximity sensor first that usually is what causes the bootloop before the battery in my experience.
